With the golden glow of the sun that illuminates our Costa de la Luz and tints our Zalema grape, a different kind of must emerges from the heart of the Doñana area to spread joy on the palate. With a soft and pleasant flavor.

Variety: Zalema.

Tasting notes:
Color: Golden-yellow with green tones.
Nose: Green apple and pineapple aromas.
Mouth: Very soft thanks to the natural sweetness achieved by the halt in fermentation it undergoes.

Pairing: Recommended for white fish and seafood, also alone, as an aperitif, where it fully expresses its personality.
Serve at 5º C.
